Rates & Charges
Our delivery charges are typically based on a per pallet rate. The total cost for each delivery is confirmed individually by our shipping providers. For more details on shipping charges, you can either utilise our checkout process or get in touch with us for personalised assistance.
Please be aware that our shipping rates do not encompass insurance and do not cover your plants for potential loss or damages during transit.
Delivery Times
We strive to provide timely shipping services, with most of our providers offering fortnightly or monthly delivery runs depending on location. While we estimate that most orders will be delivered within 30 days of payment, this is a general guideline. Please note that cross-border freight is considered specialised and may take longer than regular time frames to arrive. Additionally, recent fire ant restrictions have added to delays in certain regions. If you have specific delivery date requirements, kindly contact us before making a payment to confirm if we can accommodate your needs.
Please be advised that refunds will not be processed for changes of mind as a result to delivery timeframes. Due to the involvement of external freight companies, providing exact delivery arrival times is challenging, and all timeframes provided are educated estimates only.
