Feature Tree Installation Process

1. Consultation

   During the initial consultation, our team meets with the customer at the planting site. We encourage customers to share their ideas and visions for the space, providing as much detail as possible. Together, we discuss various options to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with the customer's vision.

2. Comprehensive Quote

   Following the consultation, we provide our customers with a comprehensive quote. This quote includes detailed pricing for the feature tree(s), as well as delivery and installation options. Our goal is transparency, so customers can make informed decisions without any surprises.

3. Tree Selection Process

   Once the quote is approved, customers have the opportunity to inspect and select their desired tree specimen. This can be done onsite, via Facetime, or through photos shared by our team. We understand the importance of choosing the perfect tree, and we're here to guide customers every step of the way.

4. Sizing and Preparation

   After the tree selection process, we provide customers with sizing and preparation information. This ensures that the planting site is ready to receive the tree and that the necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth installation process.

5. Booking Delivery and Installation

   With preparations complete, we work with the customer to book a date for delivery and installation. During this step, we take into consideration any special requirements, such as access to the site. Depending on the site conditions, we may arrange for a crane truck or flatbed truck, as well as coordinate with our Franna, landscape team, and aftercare team.
