Plant Hire Duration
All packages are inclusive of 3 days hire duration. Arrangements will be made to ensure an appropriate delivery and collection date and time that will be suitable to your needs.
A refundable 25% deposit is required upon booking your order to confirm catering. We can temporarily hold a requested booking for 48 hours prior to deposit being received. Your deposit is 100% refundable right up until 14 days from your hire date.
We know that times are quite unpredicatble and anything can happen. That is why we offer free cancellation right up until 14 days prior to your scheduled event and 85% refundable up until 7 days prior.
Includes qty x 10 potted floor plants between 1 - 2 metres height.
Includes qty x 20 potted floor plants between 1 - 2 metres height.
Includes qty x 25 potted floor plants between 1 - 2 metres height.
Includes qty x 30 potted floor plants between 1 - 2 metres height.
Note: Plant varieties will include a mixture of palms and tropical varieties that are advertised on our website.
If you have any special requests for included varieties, styles or sizes please let us know in advance.
Hire option 1
Singular plant hire is available for smaller ranges of plants and for those needing smaller quantities for hire.
Price charged per plant.
No minimum qty required.
Hire option 2
Feature hire is an option for those looking larger specimens for short term hire.
What delivery costs are involved?
Delivery pricing starts at $200. Fees and charges may vary slightly depending on the size of your order and distance travelled for drop off/collection.
Weekends and public holidays may incur increased charges.
What styling options are available?
We use stylish lightweight potting options for all orders. Options of black, white and grey colour themes are available.
If you have a special request for colour themes please let us know in advance and we may be able to arrange a personalised design.
What happens if we need our plants for longer than expected?
Please contact us immediately if you believe your event is going to run for longer than the expected booking time. A per day fee will be charged for all overtime hours.
We aim to book all hire packages for an appropriate amount of time to ensure no extra fees are incurred by our customers.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We advise all customer to book as far in advance as possible to ensure that your requested hire dates are available, however we know that things don't always go to plan and that is why we offer a flexible booking service up to just 3 weeks required notice for bookings.
Please be aware that booking slots are subject to availablity at the time of contact.
can i create my own package?
We can cater to customised plant hire packages upon request. However package pricing is only offered for reasonable quantities of plants. Small orders are generally charged at a per plant rate.
Can I collect my plants to save on delivery?
Unfortunately we do not allow delivery as many of the plants we supply are quite delicate and require trained care when moving.
Are there any hidden fees involved?
Absolutely not! Our pricing is 100% transparent and you will be quoted on exact costs prior to being charged.
What happens if one of the plants gets damaged during hire?
At the time of booking we collect a refundable security hold that will be returned once the plants are collected in good condition. If the damages contract that you sign upon booking is breached and the plants are not returned in good health the security hold will not be released.
